Questions we get a lot

Do you work with people currently on HRT?

Yes. We support people at every stage of transition — including those actively on hormone therapy — whether the goal is preserving fertility, family-building, or understanding what’s changed in your reproductive picture.

Can I work with you before I’ve seen a fertility clinic?

Absolutely. Many clients come to us first to understand their options, interpret early lab results, or figure out which type of clinic or provider makes sense for their situation — before booking anywhere.

Do you work with solo parents by choice?

Yes. Single people building families through donor conception, embryo adoption, surrogacy, or other pathways are welcome. We help you navigate the options with clear, unbiased guidance and no assumptions.

Do you offer single sessions?

Yes. Single sessions are available at $149 for people who need specific guidance — reviewing a lab result, preparing for a clinic appointment, or getting a second opinion — without an ongoing commitment.

Do you work with intersex people?

Yes. We work with people of all anatomical configurations and make no assumptions about your body, history, or goals. If you’ve struggled to find providers who understand intersex fertility needs, you’re in the right place.

Is everything virtual?

Yes. All sessions are conducted virtually — which means we work with people worldwide. No matter where you are, you can access affirming, evidence-based reproductive coaching.

Ready to start?

The first step is an inquiry. No commitment, no assumptions about your body or your goals. Just tell us where you are and what you need — we’ll take it from there.
